Balance is good.  A lazy day every now and then helps to achieve the balance.

Hi Brigita, What a handsome animal! I heard on NPR that most all of the Bison in the US has some beef DNA. It resulted from the beefalo fad of a few years ago. Apparently the addition of the beef DNA doesn't compromise the Bison's native traits.

I have had buffalo meat and I prefer it to beef.  It is really lean, barely any fat in it and it is very tasty.
