I am happy to say that my farm listing on 4519 Laurel Drive in Northampton County in Eastern Pennsylvania sold.  A happy young couple are now the new owners of the farm.

Bank barn on 4519 Laurel Drive in Northampton County, PAThey have several great ideas for the farm, but haven't quite set anything as yet.  One thing they do plan on is building a new home, possibly extending it off of the old farmhouse that exists.  It would be quite nice to keep a bit of the farm's history and blend it with the new.

Congratulations to the new proud owners!!  Wishing you both the best with your new property and home.

Thank you,Brian!

It certainly is a beautiful place.  More than enough room for humans and various animals.  I am sure the new owners will enjoy it no matter what their plans.
