Friday Horse Laughs - Horse Farm Buyers

When working with Buyers, we will first find out their criteria to better assist them in their search, such as: location, price range, size of house and acreage, etc.  Sometimes it can be a quite a challenge to find a horse farm that will match the Buyer's criteria.  Have you heard of a Buyer searching for a "cozy, secluded 20 acre farm for horses, surrounded by hills, trees, and streams, that is within walking distance of stores, restaurants, schools, theaters, amd hot night spots"?  If you find such a property, let me know.

Bob,

How soon are they looking to move?  Hope it's not for a while.

John,

Don't laugh, but I have had challenging requests similar to this.  I know I am good at what I do, but I am not a miracle worker.  LOL

Robert,

You must be working with similar Buyers.

Yes, there are homebuyers out there like that!  Several years ago there were a number of folks who moved to a part of the foothills along highway 50.  They had moved mostly from the San Francisco Bay Area to get away from the hustle and bustle.  But, within a short amount of time they began wanting all those conveniences of living close to a city.  So, they built a pretty good city near them.

Myrl,

I agree.  Even though it is funny, in some instances it is so true.  In my area, some that live in a development will call it living in the country.
