More Future Employment Opportunities in the Lehigh Valley, PA - Lehigh Valley, PA Relocation Package

I had written a post not too long ago "Great News for Nazareth, PA - More Employment Opportunities with New Distribution Facility Opening"  and "The Lehigh Valley and Nazareth, PA Area is Growing"explaining that more businesses are moving to the area, and more housing will be needed.

I am here to inform you that even more business and employment opportunities will be coming to the Lehigh Valley.  It was just announced that a project will begin construction on Wednesday, February 27th in Allentown, PA.  The project is called the Airport Commons and is being developed by the 1st Patriot Companies from Collegeville, PA.

The Airport Commons will consist of 53,000 square feet of professional office space, located about 1/2 mile from the Lehigh International Airport on 7 acres in Northampton County.  You will find professional service providers such as medical professionals, accounting firms, law firms, insurance agents and financial planners, to name a few.

Next to the Airport Commons there will be an Innovation Wellness Center.  This center will contain a fitness center, a medical spa, restaurants, retail stores and conference center.  It is hopeful that the ground breaking for this project will begin next year for this facility.

So, as you can see, the Lehigh Valley area is booming.  It doesn't look like any shortage of jobs here for quite some time.

Lehigh certainly is a hot area. The more jobs that come in, the more houses we sell.  Keep it up.

It's nice to see positive talk about ANY real estate in ANY location.  It is true that the area between the Lehigh Valley to the Pocono Mountains continues to show significant growth.  It is primarilty fueled by New York and North Jersey buyers.

Speaking of new jobs in the Lehigh Valley; according to the Lehigh Valley Economic Development Corporation, there are over 3,000 new EMPLOYERS in the last ten years with over 42,000 new jobs.

That is precisely why we are building new office condos in several locations.

Thanks for spreading the positive word about our solid real estate market!

Adam:

There is so much growth going on in the Lehigh Valley, I can't even begin to touch on it.  It is definitely a great incentive for relocating to this area.

Isn't that the truth.  Got to get the good word out about this area.

Ted:

Many don't seem to realize the fact that certain areas are growing.  All the consumer hears is the media stating that the market is depressed.  Maybe some areas are, but not ALL, especially not this area.  The Lehigh Valley is in a prime location.

It will benefit us all if we help each other out by spreading the positive word about our market.

Thanks for adding the statistics in your comments.
