Brigita - thanks for giving us these quotes to think about. we like all of them, and wc fields is rather right on. The last one is particularly good. much appreciated,

Bill:
You're welcome! I'm glad you enjoyed it!
Kurt:
I'm glad you enjoyed them and I know your daughter definitely will.
Gary:
They are all good quotes and so true, if think about each one.
Epcon Communities:
Glad you enjoyed it!
Charlie:
I think all horsepeople will love them.
Maria:
They all do tend to fit life one way or another. The Yiddish and the Mexican proverbs are very true.
Gary W.:
The horse is such a noble animal.
I think the saying about being a horse's rear end is self explanatory, but I have never heard anyone call a horse a "human rear end". At those times, I always think of a 2 x 4 between the eyes. LOL
Eldon:
I've noticed that Unknown shows up in a lot of places. He tends to be rather knowledgeable in many areas. LOL
Bernie:
Thank you!
Think I'll swipe em and send em on to some horse folks here in Kentucky.
There's a lot of truth in those old quotes.
BLR Guy:
I agree that horses are beautiful animals and they certainly have some horse smarts. Sometimes I think they are smarter than humans. LOL
Erby:
Be my guest! Those that stated the quotes knew what they were talking about when it came to horses.
Brigita, these were all great quotes.. my favorite I read in a friend barn one time and I've never forgotten it.. I'm sure you will understand it too..
I have spent 25 years of my life raising horses.. The rest I just wasted.
I don't think I will ever forgot all of my "25" years raising horses.
Gail,
I love that quote. And, oh, so true! Thanks for sharing!
Dionne:
Glad you enjoyed reading the quotes.
Gary:
I guess Ronald Reagan said it, too. I'm sure there are many Texans that love horses.
