Yesterday was a great day for me!
First of all, I received a call from the listing agent for a short sale that my buyer had placed an offer on with great news. The short sale was finally approved by Fannie Mae. This means that we can settle soon and my buyer will not be out on the street. WooHoo!!
Next, I set an appointment to list a horse farm today.
On top of that, I found out that I was the featured member of the day on AR. That news really made my day!
Three great things in one day! These are the days that I love!

It's a great horse property. Ready to move in both house and barn and also pastures. Should sell quickly. (It also includes a hay field.) Priced well.
